information SERVICE DETAILS

The ‘Wellbeing Café is our monthly online mental health-focused drop-in: ‘a mental health positive, queer positive, safe space.’

It’s a chance for us to get together and talk about our mental health during these difficult times. Bring your dinner with you or a cup of tea if you want to recreate our usual café vibe!

We usually catch up about how everyone is getting on, and have a chat about a mental wellbeing related topic. Sometimes we have special guests from other organisations, and sometimes it’s just us.

How to join us?

We will be on the video conference app Zoom.

You don’t need to have a Zoom account to join us, register in advance at bit.ly/31zdf1k.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

To sign up for our fortnightly mental health-focused newsletter, tick the box for ‘LGBT Mental Wellbeing’ at http://www.lgbthealth.org.uk/subscribe
