Please note that the following course is not free to access however you can apply for funding via the Individual Training Account (ITA) via My World of Work (https://www.myworldofwork.co.uk).
Course details...
A four week course for individuals who would like to learn basic cooking skills to use in a variety of settings. The course is a nationally recognised qualification which provides participants with basic cooking skills and increases confidence, skills, and knowledge, around food preparation, cooking and food safety in a kitchen.
The course costs £150 + VAT per person. We also accept ILA funding for this course.
