Tryst Quilters

This is a self-led group of 45 members of both sexes. We meet to share techniques and ideas, although we do invite visiting tutors throughout the year to extend our knowledge and skills in patchwork, quilting and complementary crafts.

We meet on Tuesday and Friday mornings each week from 10:00am - 12:00pm. Members may attend both sessions or only one. Tuesday sessions run throughout the whole year, whilst Friday sessions only run September to June.

Tuesdays are “drop in” mornings when we work on our own projects and offer help and support to each other. Friday sessions are more formal.

Individual group members tutor the class.

Projects are decided and Friday members work on these together, learning new skills and techniques and expanding their knowledge of the craft.

Coffee or tea, and biscuits, are available at both sessions.

Year membership - 2 mornings £30.00
Year membership - 1 morning £15.00

Every year we identify a charity or charities to support and we raise money in a variety of ways.

The group welcomes both experienced and beginner quilters.

N.B. Please note currently there are no spaces available in our group. Please feel free to get in touch if you are interested and we will add your name to the waiting list.
