Counselling provides a safe and confidential environment where people can talk about their thoughts and feelings. Destiny counselling provides professional counselling for Destiny Church Edinburgh. All of our counsellors are trained and receive professional supervision. Destiny counselling is affiliated to the Association of Christian Counselling ACC.

Who is Destiny Counselling for?

Destiny Counselling is available for people who are struggling with life issues such as:

- Stress
- Relationships
- Addictions
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Self-esteem
- Isolation
- Bereavement
- Self-harm
- Compulsive Disorders
- Trauma/PTSD

Where is the Destiny counselling service?

The counselling service currently takes place online via Zoom (a video teleconferencing platform) and is available on Wednesday afternoons.

What does it cost?

All of our trained counsellors volunteer their time for free. Destiny Church funds the other overheads associated with running the counselling service to make it available to everyone. You are welcome to make a contribution to the running costs of the service. .

Referrals

People may be referred by their pastor or other leader in the church or someone can self-refer. Please fill in the referral form at https://destinyedinburgh.com/what-we-do/counselling.
