Baby’s First Foods Weaning Classes aim to give parents the confidence and skills to provide a healthy and balanced diet for their baby, giving them the best start in life. They cover topics such as when to start weaning, purees and baby-led weaning, and what foods to avoid.
Mums become confident in knowing what their baby can eat now and which foods to introduce later as well as recognising possible allergy symptoms.
