We will maintain service for our most vulnerable existing clients. Repairs can be done if the client lives on their own for the purposes of:
- Maintaining access to information (Television amplifier or induction loop)
- Continued access to your property (doorbells) – access for carers, deliveries of medication etc.
- Maintaining smoke alarms (Health & Safety issue) if installed by Deaf Action.
We are unable to see any clients who live with another person or in any kind of sheltered housing/care home.
Please contact us on 0131 556 3128 (phone), 07775 620757 (text/What’s App chat) and/or firstname.lastname@example.org.

Equipment Display Room...
Each sensory loss is different; every person with a hearing or sight loss will have varying requirements for equipment. We don’t believe in a one size fits all solution which is why we have created a specially designed Display Room to allow you to test, handle and sample products before you buy or agree to install them in your home.
Our Display Room is located in our Head Office in Edinburgh.
We run drop in sessions every Monday from 9:30am - 12:30pm or alternatively you can book an appointment to come and visit our display room.
At your appointment you will be met by a member of our staff trained in assessing your needs and explaining how different pieces of equipment work.
BT Try Before You Buy
