89%* of men in the UK will experience fatherhood in their lifetime. We know that children have better outcomes in life when all parents are actively involved in their upbringing. (*Fatherhood Institute) We welcome all Dads/Male carers, including trans and non-binary Dads at our groups and services.
Our aim is to improve outcomes for children in Scotland, to ensure the best start in life by providing support to Dads and families. Our hope is through achieving this, there will be a larger shift in society toward accepting the vital role Dads play.

Online - Two hour workshop for Dads, Mums and carers about sleep patterns and what to expect as your child gets older. Open to families across the UK.
Sleeping is great! how long and when your child sleeps will have a huge impact on your life. It’s easy to be unsure as to where to turn to. Our trained team are on hand to help you. Our Sleep workshops are open to Dads/Mums/Carers across the UK.
2023 dates are: 6th Apr, 12th Sept, and 5th Dec
2024 dates are: 1st Feb
The workshops run 7:00pm - 9:00pm.
Our workshops are free, however we ask that attendees consider paying a suggested donation of £10 to cover costs.
