information SERVICE DETAILS

The Digital Drop-in is our new digital service. It is FREE one-to-one support, for around 30 minutes, by email, phone call, text, Whatsapp or video call.

You can talk to us about anything that is on your mind. We will listen and work with you to help figure out what might help. You can use the Digital Drop-in as a one-off or you can use it regularly, as often as you need to.

WHAT TO EXPECT IF YOU CONTACT US

First, text or email to let us know you would like support, and tell us if you would like support by phone, email, text, Whatsapp, or video call – and leave your contact details.

If you email us, you will receive an automatic reply with some basic questions. If possible, please reply with your answers. If not, a worker can get your answers later.

If you text, please note we may not reply straight away. A worker will get back to you as soon as possible and ask you some basic questions.

A worker will then contact you to organise a time for your support. If the time we suggest is not suitable for you, just tell us and we can arrange another time.

Next we will contact you within your support session time. This might be within a 3 hour window, for example, we might call you between 4:00pm and 7:00pm.

If you have asked for a phone call, please note that the call may be from a withheld number. We realise that you may not be able to answer immediately. If you miss a call from us, we will try to call back 5 minutes later. We will also try to call you back if the phone call gets cut off.

At the end of your support session, we will send you a link to a short questionnaire to get some feedback on the service. You don’t have to do this, but it will help us keep improving the service if you do.
