Walking

Walk your way to improved health and well-being on one of our Ageing Well walks. We have a range of walks, varying in length and pace, to suit all needs and abilities.

Our Ageing Well volunteers will ensure a warm welcome and plenty of fun and laughs at each session. All walks are followed by refreshments and time for a chat.

Mondays...

Meadows Walk
Time: 10:30am: Meadows. Meet inside Summerhall Cafe.

Gyle Park Walk

Meeting point: In the cul-de-sac behind the Tesco Superstore at Corstorphine in Gylemuir Road. This is accessible from the Tesco car park at side of building
