HotScots FC provide a range of football opportunities including social kickabouts, competitive fixtures and social events.
We are an adult only amateur football club for ages 18 or over.
We provide weekly training for members interested in competitive fixtures, improving their skills or fitness.
We train at Saughton Sports Complex on Wednesday nights. Home fixtures usually take place at weekends at Peffermill Pitches or other venues in and around Edinburgh. We generally run social kickabouts on a Friday evening.
HotScots FC are long standing GFSN Members and have played GFSN League and Cup games against sides from Scotland, England and Wales – home and away.
We also run an annual five aside football tournament in Edinburgh each February known as ‘Love Football’.
The Club also attends international tournaments and have played in Hamburg, Stockholm and most recently at the Gay Games in Paris (2018).
Membership...
Annual Club Membership is £20, and is valid (usually from June to June). Membership is for adults aged 18 or over.
Membership allows you access to:
- Weekly training
- Friendly fixtures, GFSN League and / or Cup Fixtures
- Social Kickabouts
- Tournaments / Love Football
- Subsidies for selected away fixtures
- Subsidised training kit
Individual Training fees and Match fees are applicable but are very reasonable.
HotScots FC is run by volunteers on a not-for-profit basis. The Club is administered by a volunteer Committee.
As a Club Member you are entitled to take part and vote at the Annual General Meeting.
