information SERVICE DETAILS

Together is a mental health and wellbeing pilot project for men over 18, experiencing mental health difficulties under Covid-19 lockdown in North Edinburgh.

The service aims to support men to find help to cope better with the emotional and practical stress created by Covid-19.

We will also signpost to other community services locally.

Men can receive:

- One-to-one support online or by phone
- Group support sessions via Zoom or Facebook (initially online)
- Men’s group activities face to face (once circumstances allow)

The service is confidential and free of charge, and runs on a first come, first served basis.

Our Together Men's Support project has a lot of FREE events.

You can find out more by emailing israelsalinas@pchp.org.uk or by a call/text directly to 07784 897 607. You can also get in touch with us via our Facebook page.

Alternatively, email admin@pchp.org.uk or call 0131 315 4466.

Please note, our project worker is working flexible hours, so might not reply immediately, but he will get back to you ASAP.
