Some of the options include:

- Expressing emotions in art: this will explore how to use art to express our emotions. It looks on tips on how to use art to express emotion, and there will be opportunities to share created art at the end of the sessions. No experience required and art materials will be provided.
- Managing Anger: tools and techniques to manage anger.
- Managing Difficult Emotions: this will cover difficult emotions, why they are important, even if they are uncomfortable to experience. It will explore ways we can manage these difficult emotions when they arise, with the aim to reach a place where they are not as overwhelming.
- Understanding and Building Self-Esteem: will cover how self-esteem develops, the cycle of low self-esteem, how to break the cycle of low self-esteem, tools and techniques to help build self-esteem and what healthy self-esteem looks like.
