Our staffed pregnancy loss helpline is available Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm to provide support and information on miscarriage and pregnancy loss.
If you need support at any other time, please contact the Samaritans free 24 hour helpline on 116 123.

We know that picking up the phone and talking to someone you don’t know can sometimes be a nerve-wracking experience.
But we’ll do everything we can to make you feel comfortable, to listen and understand and to answer your questions to the best of our abilities. We can also tell you about your nearest support group or telephone support volunteer. You can learn what to expect when contacting us by watching the short video below.
