From someone you can trust

When you call, you'll speak to one of the NCT Enquiries Team who will talk you through any questions or concerns you may have. If they aren’t able to help, they will find someone who can help or point you in the right direction. You will have a choice of the following options.

Option 1: Help feeding your baby

If you have questions, concerns or need support about feeding your baby, you can speak to a breastfeeding counsellor, whether you are exclusively breastfeeding or using formula milk. Breastfeeding counsellors have had extensive training, will listen without judging or criticising and will offer relevant information and suggestions.
Open every day, 8:00am - Midnight, including bank holidays

Option 2: Course information

Select this option to get information on our courses, what we offer, what they cost and how to book. If you looking for one of our antenatal or postnatal courses you can also use our course finder to locate the nearest to you.

Option 3: Membership, Branch and General Enquiries

We know that pregnancy, birth and becoming a parent are times that come with many questions and challenges. Our Enquiries team will be able to get one of our qualified practitioners to get in touch with you.

If you don't reach somebody when you call, please leave a message and you will be called back shortly.
