Our Lifestyle Management Programme is designed to support people who are dealing with difficult life situations or who are living with a long term health condition.

If you’re living with a health condition and struggling to manage, you’re not alone. With our support, you'll be able to cope better, rebuild your confidence and take control of your life.

Live well with the right support

Our Lifestyle Management courses give you the tools you need to manage your condition and to live well.

- 10 weekly group sessions in a supportive environment
- Safe physical activity and therapeutic relaxation
- Led by trained facilitators, including previous course participants
- Free use of our fully accessible gym and exercise classes

Themed lifestyle management courses

We offer a number of lifestyle management courses with a particular focus:

Nutrition-based Lifestyle Management Course

A balanced diet is a powerful tool in taking care of your health. Our Nutrition-led Lifestyle Management Course will support you to make positive changes.

- Free 10-week course structured into weekly 3-hour sessions
- Information on healthy eating, food labels, menu planning and mindful relaxation
- Hands-on opportunity to prepare and taste healthy snacks

The first step is to get in touch. Once we’ve had a chat, you can decide what kind of support would be useful for you. Some people choose to work individually with one of the team, while others choose to take part in one of our courses. You’re in the driving seat.

We can support you in a number of different ways, depending on what will work best for you.

We can meet you when and where it suits you to talk about what matters to you and what kind of support would be most helpful.

We don’t assess or judge you - and our support is free.

Self Refer

Refer yourself onto one of our self management courses

Anyone living with a long term health condition or going through a difficult life situation is welcome to join one of our Lifestyle Management courses.

These courses are completely free and participants also receive a free 6 month membership to our Gym when they enrol.
