There are a variety of classes and groups who regular meet at The LifeCare Centre.

Movement Medicine Dance Practice...
There are no steps to learn.
We dance to a wide variety of styles of music from around the world. We dance to some very gentle music and some very lively music… and a whole landscape in between.
The themes of the classes tend to be rooted in the natural world. We are inspired by the elements, by the trees, and we follow the cycles of the moon and the seasons.
The overall intention of the class is… to enjoy dancing!
Dance allows movement to be deep medicine for the body the heart and the mind.
