The club has just celebrated it's 50th Anniversary.
The session runs from mid August until the end of June and costs £10. Coffee is 30p.
We like a good game and we like to win, but we don't take ourselves too seriously and are certainly not championship standard (most of us are not so young!)
The main thing is we have fun and enjoy a good chat when not playing.
We would love to have some new members (hopefully we can reduce the average age of the Club!).
It is a very friendly group. Apart from the weekly coffee and chat, two annual lunches are arranged – one at Christmas and another in the Summer.
If you are interested, just come along to the Burns Hall on any Tuesday morning between 10:00am and midday during school term time.
