Day: Thursdays
Time: 11:00am - 12:30pm
A relaxing, laid back space to focus on our own wellbeing as young women aged 15-25.
Power Up
Day: Mondays
Time: 2:00pm - 4:00pm
An empowering 12 week programme, for young women aged 13-16 to talk openly about relationships, self-esteem, sexual health, emotional wellbeing, online safety and life resilience.
