- Not sure if you can get any maternity pay?
- Wondering which benefits you could claim while you are pregnant or once your baby is born?

How we can help

The Maternity Rights Advice Line offers free telephone and email advice on rights at work, maternity pay and benefits for pregnant women and new parents.

We do not charge for emails or phone calls, no matter how many times you contact us. If we refer you to our Employment Casework service, you will receive ongoing advice from our lawyers free of charge.

Contact us - Call 0808 802 0029 open Mondays to Fridays, from 10:00am to 1:00pm.

Funding only allows for us to have one adviser per session, so if you’re struggling to get through (10:00am tends to be busy) please call back.

If you are unable to reach us you may be able to find the answer to your query in one of our popular information sheets or try contacting us via our email advice contact form. We will aim to respond to emails within 5-10 working days.
