The Alma Project offer arts based groups for adults with mental health problems.
Peer chat – Online video Google Meet session – Fridays 12:00pm - 1:30pm
An unstaffed Google Meet session giving you a chance to chat with your fellow project users.
Cost: Free
Service-user Referral Procedure
The groups are aimed at adults with mental health problems. We ask that before you join a group, you get our referral form filled in by a professional such as a support worker, CPN, GP or other health worker. The referrer should email or post the referral form to us and we will then discuss whether we are able to support you in the group or not. We will phone you with our decision.
