Meet new folk while getting to know the beautiful walks around Leith.
Aimed at people who are looking to connect with others and do some gentle activity, this walking group involves a short, slow walk that enables people to chat as they go.
We often stop to take in the wonder of nature around us and an optional five minute mindfulness exercise helps us to take notice of how we are feeling and keeps us open to the world around us.
