CAP Cooking course is a friendly group that will give you the confidence and decision-making skills needed to live on a low income. You’ll learn practical money saving techniques, such as cooking on a budget and making money go further.

8 week Cooking course:

- Planning your meals
- Putting together a food budget
- Sticking to a shopping list
- Ways to eat more healthily

Each session will include a light lunch – and a relaxed atmosphere for discussion and learning.
