Our family friendly visitor centre is open Tuesday - Friday 1:00pm - 8:30pm, Saturday & Sunday 9:00am - 5:00pm.
Our staff team are available to offer support and sign-posting throughout your experience of visiting your loved one. We know that it can be a highly emotional time, with lots of additional pressures such as financial worries, so we’re here to offer a confidential and supportive environment.
Whether you are visiting Addiewell yourself, or know someone who is struggling with adjusting, we’re here to help. We can provide email and telephone support to those unable to attend the visitor centre, and pride ourselves on offering a non-judgemental space to work through one of the most stressful times a family can go through.
Last year we supported over 101 families with emotional support and a further 4,984 people by linking them into local services, offering advice regarding child benefits, and being a listening ear when people needed it most.
At Cyrenians we intimately understand the impact of relationship breakdown, and are well placed to offer support to those struggling to maintain a connection through the impact of imprisonment.
