Are you wondering where you can get some advice about your health and wellbeing?
The individual Drop-in sessions are a friendly and welcoming place for you to talk about your health needs.
It may be that you are a carer for someone else, or it may be about yourself?
The Health Drop-ins are open 1:1 sessions for local people to have a chat with the Community Development Worker. If you have something on your mind about your health and wellbeing - or the health of someone you care for - but are not sure where to go for advice we will help you to find local or city-wide organisations that may be able to help.
You can get information about local and citywide health and wellbeing organisations.
The service is available every weekday morning and is free and confidential.
You don’t need to make an appointment.
