In partnership with Home Energy Scotland and funded by Greenshoots Fund, we offer a free draught proofing service for older or disabled Edinburgh residents.
Draught proofing doors, windows, letter boxes and key holes can be one of the cheapest and most effective ways to save energy and money in any type of building.

We will then arrange for Home Energy Scotland to contact you to discuss your property and assess your eligibility for any additional support. If they believe that draught proofing could be beneficial we will make an appointment for a member of the Care & Repair Edinburgh team to carry out the work.
Home Energy Scotland is a network of local advice centres covering all of Scotland, funded by the Scottish Government and managed by Energy Saving Trust. Their expert advisors offer free, impartial advice on energy saving, renewable energy, sustainable transport, waste prevention and more.
