We provides a day care service for older, frail adults.
The project offers older adults the opportunity to get out of the house and meet others and make friends. The group offers support, friendship, a variety of social activities and a hot lunch.
We are day care service for people who are 50 years or over.
The project offers older, frail adults the opportunity to socialise and to have fun through a variety of activities held each day.
Activities...
Include - quizzes, board games, art & crafts, music & movement, discussions, bingo, guest speakers, reminiscence etc. Day trips and special events are also arranged throughout the year.
Food...
Two course lunch and tea/coffee and biscuits are served throughout the day.
Transport...
Transport to and from the venue is provided (included in the price). Alternatively, you can make your own way to us or travel with your carer.

Self Referral - This service accepts direct self referrals.
Agency Referral - GP, Social Work, Housing, Hospital.

Please note we cannot take anyone with one to one support needs, personal care or high levels of dementia.
