The Access Place

People experiencing homelessness who have multiple and complex needs receive high quality, co-ordinated care and support to access permanent accommodation, improve their health, maximise life opportunities, increase hope and move on into communities where they are active citizens.

We offer integrated services including housing, health and social work from one city centre location.

We offer services to anyone experiencing homelessness who has additional needs.

Opening hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 1:00pm & 2:00pm - 5:00pm

**Closed until 10:00am every Tuesday**

Dogs welcome

Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome at The Access Place, where they will have access to water (and sometimes a dog treat).

This includes attending appointments with their owners seeing the Doctors/Practice Mental Health Nurses/Phlebotomist/Occupational Therapist/ Practice Nurses/ Housing Officer and Social Worker.
